It works primarily on a peer led model, offering peer mentoring, peer support, signposting and providing advice and guidance. Room One does not require a diagnosis to access the service. As it is a peer led service, lived experience of neurodivergence is required, but a formal diagnosis is not required.

Your New Role

Working as part of a small team supporting autistic and neurodivergent adults, you will have a good knowledge of the issues impacting autistic and neurodivergent adults. You will lead peer mentoring session on a 1:1 basis and facilitate groups either on focused topics or ad-hoc discussions as well as provide support in the community in a variety of settings. You will liaise with other services to ensure adequate knowledge of what is available in the local community as well as representing Room One at public events, forums and meetings.

Position: Contract Support
Location: Andover
Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing facilities operations using the Maximo CAFM system. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth running of our client's facilities, making a real impact on the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Maximo CAFM system
• Support the planning and execution of facilities management tasks
• Liaise with contractors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders

• Experience with CAFM systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
