RESPONSIBILITIES
As a First Line Support Engineer your key duties will include:
•Providing prompt and effective first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions

**Location:**
Within the employers home in area of Bristol.


**Requirements for applicant:**


* Experience of providing personal care
* Driver required, with access to motor vehicle
* Good sense of humour
* Patience
* Ability to understand and deliver the needs of the employer
* Ability to undertake domestic activities
* Flexible, reliable and honest
* Good general fitness
* An enhanced DBS check will be required
* To undertake first-aid training
