Regional HR Business Partner

We are building an organisation fit for growth and therefore are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our People Team. This role will play a pivotal part in collaborating with managers and leaders to provide pragmatic HR guidance and support.
Driving performance, engagement, and organisational success across various functions, you’ll become a trusted advisor, guiding and coaching stakeholders to lead high-performing teams whilst aligning People strategies with organisation objectives.
What your new role will look like
• Deliver People solutions aligned to organisational objectives to foster talent development, succession planning, retention of key employees, and building a diverse workforce and talent pipeline.
• Accountable for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, working closely with the relevant specialists in the wider People team ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and People best practice.
• Partner with designated stakeholders to give clear, practical advice, guidance & coaching on employment policies. Understand the commercial risks associated with ER cases with the ability to make recommendations based on business risk.
• Manage complex ER issues through to successful conclusion in line with best practice and compliance with UK employment law.
• Proactively work with stakeholders to resolve People related concerns e.g. absence.
• One size doesn’t fit all in our services, you will work with stakeholders to co-create a People Plan for each designated service and business area you are responsible for. The plan will champion excellent care quality standards for those in our care.
• Lead on and support People Change initiatives, and ensure appropriate focus is given to key business projects and priorities allocated to you.
Candidate profile
• CIPD level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven HRBP experience
• UK employment law knowledge and core knowledge aligned with the CIPD profession map.
• Extensive HR generalist background encompassing the full Employee Lifecycle.
• Demonstrated Business acumen and commercial understanding, translating business requirements into actionable People related activities.
• Curious mindset with a desire to explore latest HR thinking and how this may be applied at AWW to drive business success.
• Appreciation of data with the ability to analyse data to build recommendations and decisions.
• Proven track record of building strong and credible relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to influence and challenge constructively and confidently in the face of opposition.

This post will require travel; therefore, a car driver is essential.
