We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Human Resource Management and Administration. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of our human capital and administrative functions. As the Head of HR Management and Administration, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to anticipate and address current and future human resource needs.
2. Talent Management: Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning. Develop programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
3. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Manage the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits practices.
5. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and proactively address any compliance issues.
6. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and HRIS management. Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline HR operations and enhance accuracy and data integrity.
7. Employee Engagement and Wellness: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Organize employee events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
8. Facilities Management: Oversee facilities management and administrative services, including office space planning, maintenance, security, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive experience in HR management and administration, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that drive organizational success.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
