Job Description:
- Billing Management: Generate and issue invoices for both internal and external accounts within the group.
- Data Verification: Review and reconcile backend data to ensure billing accuracy.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
- Account Maintenance: Update and maintain customer account information as necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting.
- Audit Assistance: Support audits and reconciliations as required.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Skills Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar financial role is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is required.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading, and typing. Relevant experience is a plus.
- Numerical Aptitude: Strong sensitivity to numbers and familiarity with Excel pivot tables.
