Performs a variety of network device configuration and connectivity tasks. Executes procedures and coordinates corrective action to optimize network performance. Installs, configures and monitors tested and evaluated software packages that provide performance measurements of the WAN/LAN. Serve as an alternate facility manager. Process work orders through the 773 CES. Evaluate, plan, and execute facility maintenance repairs. Determines and selects the most appropriate course of action to accomplish each phase of the work in the most productive and cost-effective manner.
