Major Duties include but are not limited to:

At least 95% of the incumbent's time is spent performing duties of significant scope, complexity, and variety. Collaborates with rehabilitation services administrative staff, including the business manager, administrative officer, and program/medical support assistants, to achieve program objectives.

1. Effectively supervises, directs, and assigns work to 23 permanent employees, students/interns, and volunteers in eight distinct clinical settings and one administrative area. Clinical settings include inpatient, acute, outpatient orthopedics, outpatient neurology, pain clinic, community living center, Santa Rosa community-based outpatient clinic, home-based primary care, and integrative health service. Also oversees the physical therapy utilization review program in the office of community care and coordinates delivery of care across multiple practice settings.

We are seeking a creative, collaborative Director of Research who is driven to deliver next-generation BiTE® (bispecific T-cell engager) therapies.

In this vital role, you will be responsible to develop our strategy for new target discovery and validation, and to build a portfolio of preclinical T-cell engager assets focused on solid tumors. The Director will be closely involved in the identification and assessment of internal and external opportunities for technology and platform development to support this strategy. A deep understanding of cancer cell biology and human genetics, broad knowledge of the oncology competitive landscape, and experience with drug discovery and development across therapeutic modalities is required. Responsibilities

• Translate company policy into relevant operational practices, services, and programs that proactively ensure the compliance and protection of enterprise technology and data assets

• Acts as compliance champion to ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are met across the enterprise landscape

• Operate and automate a portfolio of security services and tooling (WAF, DAM, ATP, PKI lifecycle management services, etc.) that strengthens security posture and enables the enterprise to easily stay secure and compliant

• Proactively identify and lead structured programs to ensure vulnerabilities are actively identified and mitigated via scalable approaches with appropriate reporting and governance

• Identify areas of opportunity and drive change within the enterprise technology and security tooling portfolio that ultimately removes risk from the enterprise landscape or makes staying secure/compliant easier

We are looking for a strategic product marketing leader for Adobe’s Corporate B2B segment, comprised of the world largest enterprises immediately below the Fortune 500 global companies.
