Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline

• 8+ years of experience managing engineering, maintenance and/or operations related projects (i.e. yields, quality, OEE, automation, facilities, compliance, etc.) in a manufacturing environment

• 5+ years’ experience of developing and managing high performance teams

• Travel: 25-50%, visiting wineries, distilleries and vendors

• Demonstrated ability to project manage multi-million dollars, complex and multi-phase projects

• Strong analytical skills, planning skills, and ability to prioritize work effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow regional team revenues, meet and exceed monthly/ quarterly / annual sales targets.

• Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high impact salespeople capable of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

• Spend 3-4 days per week in the field on sales calls with salespeople, providing coaching and training as necessary to enhance sales effectiveness, resulting in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Client facing experience in the Commercial Real Estate and / or Lending industry strongly preferred

• Five or more years of progressive experience in a front-line sales leadership role selling data, research and     analytic platforms or tools, commercial real estate, financial services, lending services, business intelligence, or information provider

• Five or more years of experience directly managing 6-12 sales professionals, including the ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high performing sales team

• Experience being responsible for a book of business more than $25 million in annual revenue

• Experience managing sales efforts in a highly consultative sales process, fast-paced organization, selling to a complex clientele with multiple buying influences

• Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels

This individual will work with their team members to enhance the security of our corporate environment by developing processes and implementing technology around user identity and access management and zero-trust methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert for identity provisioning, security, and governance.
• Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory and Single Sign On services in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted environment.
• Implement, execute, and support critical IAM processes, including overall identity management, access management, provisioning/de-provisioning, user onboarding/offboarding, and access certifications/review.
• Manage and troubleshoot all aspects of Active Directory and Azure EntraID, including federation, infrastructure, and user accounts.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years total experience in a technical role such as security, network, systems, or software engineering.
• 5+ years total experience directly supporting Active Directory and Azure EntraID in a large, multi-forest, hybrid environment.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. DaVita seeks an ambitious, experienced Director to lead our technology strategy for the Talent Acquisition team.  This remote-based director will be responsible for delivering innovative, integrated, and scalable technology and documenting recruiting processes with an analytical mindset for developing and delivering reporting that enhances the ability to hire top talent while creating the best user experience possible. This change agent will support the TA team in streamlining TA operations, developing and reporting on talent acquisition metrics, and implementing new technology solutions.  This leader will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition.  In this role, you will be a strategic leader who is solution-driven and results-oriented and will work collaboratively across the enterprise to evaluate TA vendor solutions, design, build, and implement technology solutions, as well as manage and enhance deployed applications.

As the Technology Director Talent Acquisition, you will be accountable for delivering on the following:

• lead all tech initiatives and support across the TA tech stack, including, but not limited to, workflow creation and updates, system fields, implementation and integrations, user groups/access, new users, user dashboards, reporting, user training, system and process documentation, and more.

• Design, implement and administer operating strategies – with an ability to allocate resources and time in a manner commensurate with expected value
• Research, analyze, review, document, communicate and rationalize capabilities and value of IT in alignment with IT strategy and manage expectation for IT demand and services to meet business needs

• Regularly apprise the Talent Acquisition leadership team on project status and variations from schedule or scope

• Advocate and lead business process focus by ensuring IT is integrated in the day-to-day working and decision-making of the business utilizing various tools such as mapping, modeling, workflow analysis, gap analysis, use cases and blueprinting

• Build relationships within the People Services organization and across diverse departments
• Lead not just through title but through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of lane in interest of bettering overall organization

Executive communication

• Prepare executive-level presentations to share with all levels of leadership
• Synthesize numerous analyses, translate into specific actions, and gain buy-in to execute

Qualifications

• BA required; MBA or advanced degree (MHA, MPH, MD, PhD) highly preferred
• Minimum 4-6 years related IT and/or consulting work experience managing complex IT projects in medium to large size matrix corporate environments preferred
• Strong experience working with a variety of talent acquisition technologies (ATS, HRIS, CRM, sourcing tools, etc.)
• Ability to identify and analyze data to develop strategic recruiting solutions
• Strong project management skills, can objectively collect/assess requirements and scope of work
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand data trends and make recommendations based on data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for building consistent and scalable processes
• Relevant experience in frontline healthcare operations leadership, particularly in dialysis, a plus but not required

• Travel requirement varies based on office location; Denver preferred but open to remote

ROLE SUMMARY

The Oncology Solutions Acct Director (OSAD) is a Customer-Facing colleague and integrated cross-functionally into the KAM Region they support.  The individual in this role will work across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of regional account stakeholders to develop patient-driven solutions, creating opportunities for Pfizer Oncology portfolio products within key accounts across the community, academic and IDN Oncology Service Line segments, with a particular focus on those with scale, resources and orientation toward population health.

The majority of the OSAD’s time will be working directly with customers, KAMs, cKAMs, and Commercial Dx teammates to develop deep customer insights to:

• Advance simple, efficient, & effective execution of population health solutions
• Drive scalability and acceleration of similar engagements at other accounts (across their region and their team into other regions)
• Evolve brand & disease state approach

Specifically, the OSAD in Oncology uniquely must also help take on account management commitments across an Oncology portfolio of unprecedented size that now span more than 15 products and more than 8 therapeutic areas, requiring a division in scope.  While Oncology KAMs retain their role as primary relationship managers of key Oncology accounts for the full portfolio, communicators on oral contracts, and owners of breast cancer (mBC), GU cancer (aPC – CSPC, mUCC) and hematology (multiple myeloma); the OSAD role will be focused in several areas

• Take primary accountability for Lung Cancer, mRCC, mCRPC, and Melanoma
• Advanced precision medicine initiatives
• Innovating in approaches to impacting duration of therapy with accounts (can include supporting breast and bladder efforts)

Key Responsibilities

1. Leads advanced, practical applications of scientific theory and exceptionally complex processes in the development and ongoing technical management of the unit's products; influences technology development across the company
2. Interact with key customers and other Business Units' technologists to resolve exceptionally complex process engineering issues for the division to address our customers High Value Problems (HVP)
3. Participates in strategic planning to integrate research and development processes with both the unit and the Product Business Group's overall business plan
4. Responsible for technology leadership, research, development and implementation in new products and extensions or enhancements to existing product lines
5. Responsible for alpha engineering program regarding all process technology related issues  for the division/segment
6. Responsible for alpha and beta product release for the division/segment

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Operations management experience can come from manufacturing fabs/labs, management and operations military skills, non-semi manufacturing plants. Demonstrated strong people development skills.

Establishment of safety systems. LEAN, 6S or other productivity and complex problem solving required. 7+ years of experience in operations or related semiconductor background.
