About the Role:

The Strategic Commissioning Manager post will work alongside the Lead Commissioner to support the rough sleeping and Vulnerable Adults’ Pathway workstreams carried out by the team. This area of work has grown rapidly over the last three years and requires a strong leader to support bid applications, mobilisation of new services and supporting the team to deliver on KPI’s and contracts to reduce rough sleeping and achieve outcomes for some of the most vulnerable residents in Lambeth.

This role is a 1-year fixed term post so the successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running and will have demonstrable experience within Commissioning and project management. The post holder will be responsible for line managing up to four team members as well as producing papers, briefing notes and all relevant project documentation to ensure tight and controlled governance.

The Women's Professional Leagues Limited (WPLL) was established on 12th August 2024, after approval from all 23 clubs across the Barclays Women's Super League (BWSL), Barclays Women's Championship (BWC) and the League Cup - collectively known as the Women's Professional Game (WPG). Key Responsibilities of a Assistant Kitchen Manager

• Delivering the food concept to company standard and exceeding guest expectations
• All aspects of food stock control including ordering, deliveries, stock taking and control of wastage
• Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and deputising in their absence
• Training and developing the kitchen team so that they can reach their potential

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager working with a traditional fit out contractor in Central London.

The Projects are valued circa £5M and tend to be CAT B traditional Fit Out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Director daily but will be handling the whole project yourself. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Project Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Have experience as the number 1 on site
• BE able to push a programme and adapt if the programme requires change
• Longevity in freelance roles with some of the big contractors in the industry
• Procore Experience
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Project Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs

• Act as a single point of regular and consistent contact for children, young people with SEND and their families with regards to their Education Health and Care Plan.
• Work within the legislative national framework, local policies and procedures and apply criteria where appropriate, including complying with statutory regulations in the preparation and review of Education, Health & Care Plans (EHC Plans) in accordance with the Children & Families Act 2014.
• Have responsibility for assessment and review processes and helping (with colleagues in the team) development of new ways of working (setting up of systems and quality assurance) to continually improve things for children and young people across Ealing.
• Interpret legislation and best practice to ensure that placement decisions meet equality, budget and quality demands.
• Contribute to the delivery of the best possible outcomes and the raised attainment of pupils with SEND.
• Monitor placements to ensure that provision in the EHC plan is being met.
• Take responsibility and be accountable for a caseload of children and young people with EHCps, ensuring that any casework is undertaken in a professional and timely manner.
• Have responsibility for coordinating and chairing complex meetings with a variety of stakeholders (e.g. parents and professionals) and co-production meetings with all professionals, parents/carers and schools/settings.
• Make decisions on behalf of the Local Authority regarding annual review requests and requests for assessment.
• Responsibility for following finance approval processes and ensuring accurate financial records as well as resolving data or funding queries raised by stakeholders.
• Lead on the co-production of comprehensive and clear EHC Plans (which clearly and comprehensively reflect the aspirations of the child/ young person and family and set out clearly agreed outcomes to meet their needs) for a variety of audiences (e.g. parents and senior officers)
• Provide advice and support for families, settings and services on SEND related matters, including supporting with referring and signposting stakeholders to the appropriate arrangement of services and advice, support and guidance.
• Coordinating practitioners and services around the child, young person and their family, make appropriate contacts and ensure effective liaison with specialists.
• Make recommendations to senior officers (in writing and verbally) regarding complex cases to inform decision making, tribunals and appeals processes.
• Facilitate smooth and coordinated transitions for children and young people with complex needs between settings, including ensuring that all provision in in place as required.
• Present case information relating to special educational needs and disabilities to multi-disciplinary panels (education, health and social care representatives).
• Work with colleagues to support inclusion in mainstream and universal settings
