Job Summary:

A Senior CMF Designer will have the opportunity to design all aspects of color surface and material associated with our automotive design projects and present this information visually and verbally.

Essential Job Functions: (Include but are not limited to)

• Lead the creation of future Color, Materials & Finish strategies, aligning brand vision, market trends, and customer expectations to enhance the visual appeal of our Nissan and Infiniti automotive products. 
• Conduct comprehensive research on global and regional color and material trends, staying in touch with industry advancements and emerging technologies.  Use this research to inform and inspire others within Nissan.
• Collaborate closely with Nissan Engineering, Product Planning, and Marketing teams and the Interior, Exterior and UX/UI designers, along with external suppliers to ensure seamless integration of CMF concepts into the product development process.
• Create detailed CMF specifications and documentation for engineers and suppliers to ensure the accurate execution of design intent during manufacturing.  Independently and with suppliers, develop and utilize all forms of automotive materials in creating color, pattern and texture. Knowledge of automotive suppliers and current technology used by OEM’s is required.
• Responsible for all aspects related to the projects, including: scheduling project steps, ordering and receiving materials, presenting concepts, creating design notes & build book.

Client  Executive - Role Description

Alight is a HR solutions provider. As such we aim at a high customer satisfaction to ensure expansion of our services footprint in an organization but also positive referencing. The Client Executive Teams stand in the front line to the customer by carrying the commercial responsibility to grow Alights business for an account and acting as senior facilitators of the needs and demands of both parties

The Client Executive is responsible for the expansion  of business achieving sales growth with the client as well revenue realization, retention, and renewal of the Client for the breadth of Alight services through a consultative engagement.  The focus is both achieving the current fiscal revenue objectives by upselling as well as supporting the Delivery teams convert the existing backlog by leveraging the Client Executives C-level relationships in escalation management. The Client Executive is  responsible for building the backlog for future periods through winning new contracts that generate Total Contract Value. The Client Executive cultivates broad C-Level relationships to unlock customer value  to support their digital transformation. Alight often acts in multiple aspects of a Cloud Transformation journey and thus needs to offer and balance various complex offerings at the same time (Advisory, Payroll, CoreHR, WFM, Benefits, Payment Services etc). The individual will work closely with assigned Solution Architects on new business opportunities.

In this role, you’ll be a thought leader engaging with many Adobe platform and product teams, leading the design and execution of new features and rethinking existing ones. The perfect candidate will have experience in multiple areas of the stack and will be comfortable learning new things.

What you'll do:

• Develop against container orchestration and cloud provider platforms to deploy, manage, discover, and secure web, analytics, and machine-learning workloads.
• Collaborate and coordinate with partners around the globe.
• Work in an agile environment, planning features and prioritizing changes based on team goals, product usage, and client feedback.
• Design, develop, implement, and debug solutions to complicated distributing computing challenges.
• Work closely with development and client teams in production-level environments.

What you need to succeed:

• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment using innovative tools.
• Like working with a distributed team.
• In-depth understanding of Argo projects and their usage for implementing GitOps.
• Excellent and effective communication skills; on our geographically distributed team, sometimes it takes extra effort to connect.
• Your code demonstrates that you understand reusability.

About the Team

• We’re building the platform to run Adobe's web, big data, and machine learning services.
• Our team of 40+ people works in smaller groups of 5-8 developers. This allows us to be agile while working as part of a larger organization.
• We're globally distributed but remain intimate. The group is in India, Romania, New York City, Seattle, Lehi, and San Jose just to name a few.
• Our product and teams are growing quickly. Though we are established, in production, and iterating, there are plenty of challenges to overcome, decisions to be made, and new development to do.
