R&P: Utilizes automated recruitment tool. Builds and edits user accounts. Generates vacancies for job announcements. Enters applicable position and organizational data for vacancy. Creates job opportunity announcements. Verifies applicant eligibilities in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Produces applicant lists for selecting official. Performs onboarding tasks. Initiates and monitors local installation records checks. Monitors status of background investigations. Conducts in-processing briefing. Classification: Enters classified position descriptions into automated library. Verifies signatures on position descriptions. • Perform work related to the practical and technical aspects of office administration including issues related to budgeting, project tracking and files management.
• Substantial coordination with customers for establishment of requirements and frequencies, and appropriate funding activities for establishment of available budgets.

Duties include but not limited to:

• You will provide advice on medical administrative issues and questions.
• You will track Emergency Room (ER) visits of both VA and DoD beneficiaries, provide eligibility information as requested, and facilitate the transfer/transport of VA beneficiaries.
• You will Support the AVAHS mission after hours or for unique situations, as required.
• You will respond to VA clinic physician sick calls by notifying the physician's scheduled patients of the need to reschedule.
