Job Responsibilities
▪ Process and validate all sales submissions from Enterprise front-end channels (Sales & Partner Portal) nationwide, including supporting documents, components, plans, and other order-related validations within the stipulated SLA.
▪ Ensure that all supporting documents are reviewed in accordance with established processes and policies.
▪ Escalate operational issues, including system and process problems, to ensure they are addressed and resolved within the agreed SLA.
▪ Support ad-hoc and special projects for Sales Team/ Partners' activities nationwide.
▪ Conduct periodic discussions and operational checks with the Order Processing Team nationwide to ensure strict adherence to due diligence.
▪ Perform business credit checks for new onboardings to ensure the acquisition of quality and financially viable EBU corporate customers, and to minimize or mitigate potential fraud cases. Job Requirements
▪ Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience.
▪ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
▪ Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
▪ Preferably with a background in operations.
▪ Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Siebel, Kenan FX, and SAP.
