SOMMAIRE

Le conseiller principal en communications internes et gestion du changement élabore des stratégies de communication et de gestion de changement pour soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs des projets d'affaires. Ce rôle intégré nécessite de rallier les différentes parties prenantes internes et externes afin de réaliser et déployer les plans de communication et de gestion de changement. Le conseiller principal accompagne et conseille aussi un ou plusieurs membres du comité de direction et leurs gestionnaires en matière de communications internes et contribue ainsi à la mobilisation des employés. Il participe à l’élaboration du plan stratégique annuel global de communications internes, qui appuie les enjeux et orientations stratégiques du Fonds, ainsi qu’à sa réalisation.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES

Accompagnement des projets

• Évalue les parties prenantes et les changements qui les affectent;

• Conçoit et réalise les plans de communications internes et de gestion de changement pour les différents projets sous sa responsabilité, en collaboration avec les responsables des projets, afin de favoriser la compréhension et l’adhésion des employés au changement en cours au sein de l’organisation, souvent de l’ordre technologique;

• Assure un encadrement des équipes projet, des fournisseurs externes et des parties prenantes internes afin de réaliser le plan d’action de communications internes et de gestion de changement;

• Produit des contenus de communications internes multiplateformes qui mobilisent les publics cibles (présentations, courriels, article Intranet, campagnes, vidéos, affichages, notes pour allocutions, etc.) dans une optique de préparation au changement;

• Conseille et outille les gestionnaires quant aux approches de communications internes en soutien au changement dans les projets et s’assure de la prise en charge de leurs responsabilités à cet égard;

• Assure une cohérence entre les activités de communications internes et de gestion de changement des projets et le plan annuel stratégique de communication organisationnelle;

• Assure une vigie et participe à l’enrichissement des méthodes, approches et pratiques de gestion de changement, en collaboration avec les Ressources humaines.

Accompagnement corporatif et sectoriel

• Assiste la direction dans l’élaboration du plan annuel stratégique de communications internes;

• Recommande, développe et met en oeuvre des plans, outils et activités de communications internes qui favorisent l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires et la mobilisation des employés, ainsi que l’adhésion de ces derniers aux transformations de l’organisation.

• Conseille, soutient et propose des stratégies aux membres du comité de direction et leurs gestionnaires en matière de communications internes afin d’aider ces derniers dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs d’affaires et d’incorporer les meilleures pratiques de communication dans chacun des secteurs de l’organisation;

• Maintient un lien étroit avec ses partenaires internes afin d’être au fait des enjeux, objectifs et problématiques du ou des secteurs sous sa responsabilité;

• Planifie, coordonne et met en oeuvre une diversité de projets de communications internes, ou qui requièrent de l’expertise en communications internes, notamment la tenue d’événements;

• Rédige une grande diversité de contenus corporatifs et en assure la diffusion à l’interne par le biais des outils en place;

• Soutient la directrice des communications internes dans la réalisation d’initiatives pour la haute direction et la remplace au besoin;

• Effectue une vigie externe sur les tendances et meilleures pratiques dans le domaine des communications afin de faire des recommandations appropriées en fonction des besoins de l’organisation. Favorise la transposition interne des meilleures pratiques et élabore des outils et des indicateurs de performance en conséquence;

• Assure le suivi budgétaire, la qualité et l’échéancier des initiatives sous sa responsabilité;

• Soutient le processus d’approvisionnement en biens et services professionnels externes pour son service, dans le respect de la politique d’approvisionnement du Fonds. Propose des fournisseurs, supervise la réalisation de leur mandat et vérifie la facturation;

• Peut être appelé à coordonner le travail de ressources internes ou externes au besoin, incluant le coaching, la formation et la supervision du travail;

• Participe à tout projet où son expertise est requise.

QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE

• Les équivalences de diplômes sont acceptées;

• Huit ans d’expérience pertinente;

• Expérience liée à la communication et gestion de changement dans le cadre de projet informatique est un atout;

• Très bonne connaissance des logiciels requis par la fonction;

• Connaissance de la structure syndicale de la FTQ est un atout.

The Intern is an entry level position at Citi where the student will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi. Interns are administrative and use this position as a start to their career. By joining our Montreal Health, Safety and Environment team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the implementation of health, safety, and environment procedures by improving risk management related to critical risks such as lockout and contractor management. Areas of health and safety that will undoubtedly serve you in your future career.

• Actively participate in updating contractor management and lockout programs (forms, procedures, lists, training, etc.)

• Perform audits on these programs

• Write evaluation reports

• Assist and support other team members by participating in various tasks or activities

Our ideal candidate has:

• Theoretical knowledge of the principles of lockout and health and safety.

• Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)

• Ability to work in a team

• Ease of collaboration with different stakeholders

• Adaptability and flexibility

• To be rigorous

• Bilingual French and English an asset

Preferred Education

• Pursuing a degree in Health and safety, industrial engineering or related field

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in person.
