• Be a main contact point for Transport Order (TO) creation in Transport Management System (TMS).
• Overland TO Desk responsibility:
  • Collect & verify transport related information such as commercial invoice, cargoes, incoterm, etc. provided by suppliers & warehouse team.
  • Create/ update TO in TMS based on defined work instructions and standard processes.
  • Monitor TO’s status & e-docs from open to close.
  • Report to direct superior in case of exceptions.
• Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

• Prepare Monthly Costs Report, Collect & Consolidate & Process Data, Analyze, Validate & Visualize Data.
• Prepare Meeting Minutes, PPT slides, Meeting Agenda, other tasks if required.
• Communicate and follow up activities with internal members.
• Support department meeting arrangement and log meeting minutes as well as follow up of OPLs with team members.
• Support team building activities and workshop arrangement.
• Support other auxiliary tasks for the manager, for example, expense claim, visa related document preparation etc..
