The Role
Working as part of a team to provide administrative support to the Early Intervention Service, the role covers a variety of duties.
Your main duties will include providing administrative support for Chaperone licences and child performance/employment licences, along with processing penalty notices linked to non-school attendance.
You will undertake general administrative duties that include providing an effective and efficient administrative service, delivering an efficient front line service for customers, supporting and maintaining the use of databases and information systems and receiving, sorting and co-ordinating the distribution of mail. You will also undertake the ordering of specified goods and services, and assisting with petty cash.

About You
Are you able to support and maintain the use of information systems including databases? Are you able to plan, organise and develop your work to meet specified requirements and deadlines? If so, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a person who can work as part of a large team, providing administrative support and attend meetings and take notes/minutes. Our ideal candidate has experience of using a range of computer software packages to produce accurate, well-presented documents and is able to manage their own workload to be able to meet deadlines.
You must possess accurate literacy skills to ensure correct information is collated and processed and are proficient in the use of information technology systems. Communication with families, schools and other agencies is key.
