Job Purpose
Innovation and creativity will drive your Strategic Leadership of our Hospitality team. The focus for this team is to develop and deliver a hospitality function that provides high quality facilities and services that are ambitious and outward facing, whilst maximising the impact on our customers and visitors. Your leadership will ensure the implementation of the Hospitality Plan, whilst responding to modern trends and aspirations. Across the team, you will also develop sustainable pathways that encourage lifelong participation in food and beverage.

Rate of Pay
Rate of Pay: £53071 - £58003
Hours of work will be 35 hours a week as per the attached work pattern.
East Ayrshire Leisure offers a blended model of working to office-based staff, empowering them with the flexibility to work in ways or locations that best suits their circumstances and the task at hand.
The workstyle for this post has been designated as ‘flexible’. This means that due to the nature of the role it is expected that 50-79% of the working week will be office-based. The successful applicant will be able to work at different/multiple locations, including working from home or travelling directly from home to external appointments approximately 1-2 days per week.
