Reporting into the divisional Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the accounting, reporting, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, for specific construction projects. This will require you to liaise with the Construction and Project Managers on a regular basis, for both ad hoc and BAU requirements.
You will also take responsibility for debt and equity management, ensuring that the funds drawn are correctly accounted for.Â
Finally, you will have the chance to review existing systems and procedures, with a view to making improvements where necessary, in order to better enable the growth plans of the division.
