Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations, Human Resources (“D365”) projects including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the D365 solution.  Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project and onto Azure DevOps.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots to show case the D365 solution to clients.
• Create deliverable examples for other team members including
• Design documents for complex customizations and report modifications
• Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
• Field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• Review design documents for customizations, reports for D365, data mapping and integration mapping written by other team members. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
• Oversee configuration of D365 for Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Project Operations and Manufacturing as required.
• Ensure a high-quality solution by providing leadership for testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
• Undertake Data mapping, Data migration and data import into D365.
• Lead training for D365 and associated systems to clients as well as to other Unify Dots team members
• Lead pre-go live cutover and post go live support to clients and manage any issues including escalating to Microsoft for support.
• Conduct 2 training sessions at Unify University every year.
• Provide pre-sales support as required.
• Providing estimations for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations and data migration work.
• Write 3-4 D365 ERP functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

Your job duties will include:

1. Leading the finance team across multiple legal entities and functions, including accounting, management reporting and planning, tax and statutory compliance
2. Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting. Managing and supervising the accounting team and provide day-to-day supervision and financial controls.

1. Managing and mentoring accounting and finance team members, setting strategic priorities and reviewing and improving operating procedures for the finance function.
2. Setting financial targets and reporting by business segments, provide insightful financial reporting and commentary to founders, board members and business heads.
3. Being part of senior executive team for Unify Dots and leading by example. Driving leadership in interaction with external partners, including auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretary and as well as other bodies such as tax and compliance authorities.
4. Reviewing corporate books and statutory tax returns.
5. Ensuring regulatory deadlines are met including filing of GST/ VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax returns and other statutory and tax deadlines.
6. Working with appointed external auditors for completion of an audit.
7. Performing other related duties as necessary.
