Responsibilities:
- Providing dietetic assessment, advice and care planning to community patients,
- Working alongside other health professionals to provide a MDT approach to the care of vulnerable elderly patients with nutritional needs.
- Work with HEF patients to ensure their care is safe and effective
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a registration with HCPC
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Dietry expereicne required.

Rate Breakdown
£27ph LTD | £24.29 PAYE Inclusive | £21.68 Exclusive
We offer a £250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
