Stattin Stainless P/L is seeking an enthusiastic and preferably experienced Inside Sales person to join our team in North Plympton, South Australia. This full-time role is responsible for providing focused customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Handling inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Qualifying customer needs and effectively matching them with our range of stainless steel products
* Providing detailed product information and pricing to customers
* Processing orders (This includes our online shop) and converting sales leads into successful orders
* Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions
* Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Some warehouse receiving and dispatch duties, including deliveries on occasions. Forklift license and ability to drive a manual vehicle an advantage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Prefer experience in a sales or customer service role. Experience in steel, plumbing or hardware sales an advantage. We would consider somebody with warehouse / store person skills in a similar industry to progress into sales.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Willingness to gain product knowledge and the ability to provide relevant information to customers.
* A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a small team.
WHAT WE OFFER
* Competitive salary based on experience. $50,000 to $70,000 p/a
