Sankranti Restaurant(Sankranti Australia Pty Ltd) is currently in search of an experienced and qualified cook and chef for a full-time position to join the team and provide exceptional meals to the customers.
The aim of this role is to produce consistent and great quality items off the menu in order to maintain the business’ reputation and to sustain and develop its loyal customers.
Job Location – Footscray, Victoria
Salary - $65,000 - $85,000/ year plus Super
Job Type: Full-time
Seeking for a candidate who is responsible for;
Menu Planning - daily specials
Costing, budgeting & ordering
Management, selection and training of staff
Preparing & cooking food, managing & service
OH&S / Food Safety standards compliance
To be closely considered, your qualifications and attributes will include:
Minimum 2 years' experience or preferably more in a similar industry
Diploma or equivalent in related field
Excellent time management abilities
Excellent communication skills
Proven management skills
