A well-established, award-winning manufacturer based in Stockport is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse and Logistics Team Member to join their high-performing team. Following further investment into their Logistics function and an increased workload within production, the team are looking for a driven Warehousing / Logistics professional to support them in their continued success.

Your new role
The Warehouse Team Member / Logistics Team Member will be responsible for the receipt of goods / goods inward to the warehousing facility in Stockport. You will process the delivery of goods and raw materials and ensure that stock is transferred to the correct location within the warehouse in a timely and efficient manner. You will liaise with other departments within the business to ensure that materials are available at the right time to allow a seamless and delay-free production process. Using SAP, you will ensure that accurate records are kept for stock levels. Using pick sheets, you will navigate parts around the warehouse and prepare them to be moved to the main production line at another site. You may be required to use a fork lift truck (counterbalance and flexi) therefore, you need a FLT licence and a Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this post.
This role is working Monday - Thursday 07:00-15:30 and Friday 07:00-12:00

What you'll need to succeed

• FLT (Forklift Truck) licence
• Full UK Driving licence
• Experience of using SAP would be preferred
• Prior experience of working in a warehouse environment
