CPM is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Asda Media Implementation team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing Field Colleagues and ensuring the successful implementation of point-of-sale (POS) materials, including stock and fixtures, within designated Asda stores. We are offering £30,900 plus 10% company bonus scheme, company car, mileage, and other benefits!

A typical week as an Area Sales Manager will include:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the successful delivery of client coverage and quality KPIs across all media propositions.
- To ensure each colleague has the training and tools (both physical and mental) to deliver the role in relation to implementation guidelines, contractual procedures, and Health and Safety guidelines.
- Ensure that new colleagues receive the right onboarding training and support.
- Build productive working relationships with all colleagues, ensuring that all contractual procedures are adhered to.
- To assess and review performance through store visits and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement, through effective and timely reviews and discussions with both colleagues and store management teams.
- To communicate effectively with store management, ensuring excellent working relationships are developed and maintained via stores visits, telephone, or email.
- To keep fully up to date on client businesses, objectives, and marketplace, to enable business focused discussion and proposal of proactive solutions.
- Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position.
- Responsible for continuous personal development, undertaking relevant training as and when appropriate.

What we need from you:
- Field management experience ideally within grocery
- Someone who loves to work in a fast-paced environment where every day is a new challenge!
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. There is a requirement to complete a Wednesday evening shift once in every eight weeks (until 11pm). You will receive time off in lieu that week.
