A Maintenance plumber position is available in the Farringdon, London area. Working at student apartment buildings to attend to all required repairs and installations. The properties are in close walking distance to each other, making it convenient for quick assistance. Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm. Temp to Perm Contract Temp Rate; £17.30 limited / CIS or £15.00 PAYE.
Job Duties
The Maintenance Plumber job will require:
Upkeep and repair tasks to the interior and exterior of the apartment building.
Perform maintenance, light and plumbing repairs.
Perform routine landscaping on the grounds
Paint and decorating
Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g. build cabinets)
Repair equipment, fixtures and appliances
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
Identify and report major repairs
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a plumber with handyman experience.
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
Good communication ability.
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
Attention to detail.
Reliable and responsible.
Physical stamina.
Eligible to work in the UK.
