Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, spare parts, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
- Review purchase requisitions and assure requisitions are properly approved.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
- Issue purchase order
- Provide administrative support for shipment.
- Scheduling and coordination of administrative and logistics related matters
Require:-
GCE ‘A” level or Diploma
Preferred Singaporean or PR
Bilingual
Oracle Netsuite ERP System is advantageous
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role within the construction industry is advantageous.
