The role:
Omnichannel has already experienced great success within PerfectDraft and we’re looking for someone to help take this direct-to-consumer pathway to the next level. A key part of this role will be to effectively manage already existing relationships with customers alongside identifying and building relationships with new accounts, providing excellent service across all platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Mapping out all opportunities to expand Perfect Draft machines and kegs outside of our direct-to-consumer platform and existing off-trade footprint.
• Continually prioritizing these opportunities based on desirability, viability, and feasibility, aligning this with key stakeholders within the company.
• Approaching potential partners and, after executing a trial if required, agreeing distribution.
• Project managing the set-up of the partnership, including implementing minimum execution standards, a brand activation gameplan, and a logistics loop.
• Providing ongoing account management to established partnerships.
Who we’re looking for:
• Any experience in hospitality, off-trade retail and convenience, and direct-to-consumers, will be valuable in this position.
• Any experience in selling, presenting, joint-business-plan construction, and project management, will all be valuable in this position.
• Someone who can focus on both the consumer and the customer
• It will require someone who can find creative solutions to overcome problems or capitalize on opportunities.
