Responsibilities:
1. Design PLC and Smart Relay products, including circuit design simulation, schematic design, component selection, PCB layout support and DFMEA etc.
2. Participate in product requirement analysis, develop detailed design plans, and generate related technical documentation.
3. Design power supply circuits, ensuring stable and reliable power delivery for the products.
4. Design and measure high-frequency signals, ensuring signal integrity and resistance to interference.
5. Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for system integration and debugging, ensuring seamless hardware and software interfacing.
6. Manage the build and test for prototypes, addressing technical issues encountered during development.
7. Conduct reliability testing and certification to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
8. Upgrade and improve existing products to enhance performance and user experience.
9. Track technological trends in electronic components and propose new product development suggestions and plans.
10. Write and maintain design documentation, reports, and other technical materials.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in electronics design, prefer the experience in industrial automation or automotive product.
3. Proficiency in using electronic design software (Cadence, Pspice, LTSpice etc.)
4. Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, with solid circuit analysis and debugging skills.
5. Familiarity with embedded systems design and development for microcontrollers. (DSPs and FPGAs is a plus).
6. Experience in AC to DC, stepdown power supply design, including selection and circuit design of power modules.
7. Expertise in high-frequency signal measurement and design, with relevant testing and analysis skills.
8. Experience in communication protocols I2C, SPI, UART, CAN open, USB, TCP/IP, UDP, Modbus etc.
9. Proven Hands-on experience in designing for good EMC and strong problem-solving skills.
10. Understanding of industry standards and certification processes, such as CE, UL, etc.
11. Strong hands-on skills, capable of independently completing product development and testing.
12. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with various departments.
13. Good English reading and writing skills, capable of understanding and interpreting technical documents.
