Your primary responsibility will include but not limited to the following:
• Leading various investment and M&A activities, including but not limited to fundraising, structuring, due diligence, legal drafting, negotiation
• Evaluating investment opportunities
• Preparation of financial modeling for M&A purpose as well as financial modeling to assess/ support acquisition and presenting financial analysis to key internal stakeholders.
• Performing valuation and return analysis
• Preparation of investment memos for the Management and Board of Directors
• Liaising with potential investors and investees, financial advisors, legal representatives, M&A professionals
• Leading IPO preparation process
. Managing shareholders
• Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Master Degree
- Experience is similar capacity
