Job Decription
- Print sales order from emails, B2B portals and issue, transmit, file and update sales invoices
- Print goods returned note from fax, emails as wels as B2B portals and update the stock balance in the system
- Issue credit notes for goods returned
- Record and update the product list in the system from bulk to finished goods
- Book time slots for goods to be delivered to retail outlets
- To process online orders and arrange delivery
- Issue stock issue for consignment goods and to reconcile the sales and issue invoices
- Assist in weekly and monthly stock take
- To prepare the daily/monthly sales report
- Any other accounting or general ad ho administrative/accounts or office work
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software like Madsoft,QnE etc is an advantage
- Willingness to work effectively in a team
- Living in the Yishun Sembawang, Woodlands area an advantage
5 day week; Monday to Friday; 8.30am - 5.45pm
Salary: $1800 - $2,200
Salary will commensurate with experience
