Summary of the role:

The Web Customer Support Analyst is responsible for providing on-time and on-quality support services to our web clients, typical requests include troubleshooting, bug fixing, website enhancements, ecommerce tracking and Google analytics questions.

In this role you’ll/ Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain the high level of verbal and written customer support required by our global customers.
• Provide efficient and prompt customer service, technical support and follow-up on customer requests.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our state-of-the-art customer service by identifying problems and opportunities in our processes. 
• Lead cross-department collaboration initiatives such as secondary investigations from other departments and escalations. 
• Upgrade, update, and enhance current sites for responsive design and optimize.
• Migration of ecommerce and media tracking tags into the GTM container. Follow testing and QA processes to help ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement and customize web analytics and website optimization code based on business needs, specifically Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking codes from online media vendors, such as, Sojern, Facebook, and others using JavaScript, HTML.

About the ideal candidate :

• You are a customer-oriented problem solver who can beat communication barriers and technical obstacles for our customers.
• Background in managing CMS is mandatory.
• You are quick to use new software tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Office. 
• You are proficient in English & Spanish; Italian or German, highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) or other Tag Manager platform
• Analytical thinking and team building skills are essential.

Currently we are looking for a candidate for a position of Product Manager. The Product Manager, Service Center will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Amadeus Service Center product. The role will be focused on launching a new product through defining the product vision and strategy to ensure it meets customer and business needs.  The team member will actively engage in customer facing activity while managing product prioritization, business requirement definition, developer partner management and product delivery.   As part of a growing organization, this role will need to quickly and effectively adapt to changes of the service and provide insights to drive the growth of the business.

In this role you'll:

• Articulate & Develop value propositions and key messages corresponding to problem statements, and articulate them into new product concepts or upgrades.
• Define the product strategy, vision & the business value in line with the business owners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Product Marketing Management.
• Manage 3rd party partnerships: requirement definition and prioritization, coordination of product evolution and other activities with the partner.
• Embark Amadeus teams on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business.
• Drive co-innovation with customers to validate customer value drivers, define features of the products (MVP and beyond), and prioritize based on effort and expected business value.
• Define and manage product roadmap; socialize and align timelines with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with Product Marketing Management, Operations (Customer Service/Delivery/Go To Market) and R&D teams to define priorities and releasing plan for new products or upgrades.
• Coordinate different functional and technical streams with R&D teams to ensure end to end solution consistency.
• Manage the budget for area of responsibility including capacity planning with R&D.
• Participate in Agile events (Lean Portfolio Management, PI planning, System demos, Inspect and Adapt workshops…) when applicable / required.
• When applicable, fulfill Product Owner role or ART PM and work with R&D teams to maximize the agile teams outcome.
• Ensure solutions (to be) released meet the users’ needs and product readiness guidelines.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree
• Min. 7 years of experience in Product Management; ideally in hotel reservation and distribution management
• Min.7 years of experience in leading a product, project or technology initiatives
• Experience with 0-1 product development and launch
• Knowledge of with Salesforce platform
• Experience with Call Center product for agents
• Experience in agile software development working practices and defining product vision and roadmaps for digital products
• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally and other product and project management tools
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude

Commercial Operations department is responsible for helping Amadeus Hospitality manage their processes and improve sales while reducing costs.  This role focuses on providing operational efficiencies through systems and technology, specifically Salesforce CRM and Conga CPA/CLM tools and connected applications.  The main purpose of the sales operations function is to increase salesforce efficiency by centralizing administration activities to be delivered as a service to the salesforce and ensuring that reporting tools and systems are adequate and optimized to support sales activities.  

Summary of the role: 

This role focuses on increasing salesforce CRM and Conga CPQ/CLM efficiency by centralizing administration activities to be delivered as a service to end users and ensuring that reporting tools and systems are adequate and optimized to support sales activities.  

In this role you’ll:

• Be responsible for configuration of the Amadeus HOS CPQ/CLM applications and processes.  Including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management, template administration, clause management and electronic signature
• Be responsible for executing basic level administration tasks within the Salesforce/ Apttus CPQ platform
• Need basic knowledge of products, price list items, pricebooks, product rules, currencies, and templates
• Be responsible for analyzing business requirements and troubleshooting applications issues
• Need to understand business requirements and know how to convert them into scalable technical solutions
• Create test scripts and test system stability and functionality
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs
• Need to understand how Salesforce is integrated with connected applications and integrations (Conga CPQ/CLM, Sertifi, Xactly, Insight Squared  
• Maintain, support, and contribute to the design of multiple salesforce instances (sandbox, test, production)
• Maintain governance of solutions and drive best practices across business units

About the candidate:

• Minimum 2 years working in Salesforce either as an end-user or Administrator
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Salesforce certification preferred but not required
• Apttus CPQ Level 1 Administrator certification preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to use Excel at an advanced level
