What does the Driver role involve?

This role is responsible for making trips between our various clinics and sites ensuring that samples are collected / delivered on time. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities:

• Make multiple trips daily between our third-party clinics, Randox Health Clinics and Laboratories.
• Conduct a sample count on each trip and complete required documentation when transporting samples. Witness the accessioning count upon delivery.
• Collect stock orders and deliver them to the required site.
• Complete a daily vehicle checklist at the start of each day.
• Record vehicle milage in the provided logbook.
• Ensure vehicles are filled with the correct fuel and Ad Blue, if required.
• Adhere to all speed limits and road laws.

Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.

EARN BETWEEN £18.44 AND £33.74 PER HOUR

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers with immediate starts for our prestigious client's site based in Avonmouth. Start times are available between 0900-1900 working Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday.

PAYE rates for the role of HGV 1 driver are as follows:

• Monday to Friday Days (06:00 - 21:59) - £18.44 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights (22:00 - 05:59) - £23.05 per hour
• Monday to Friday Overtime Days after 46.25hrs - £27.66 per hour
• Monday to Friday Overtime Nights after 46.25hrs - £32.27 per hour
• Weekend - £24.52 per hour
• Weekend Overtime after 46.25hrs - £33.74 per hour
• No break deduction

We are delighted to offer 5 or 6 shifts a week, long term ongoing work all year round.

Part time drivers welcome as we have regular ad hoc shifts available.

Your Time at Work
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, the work will involve delivering products to store locations throughout the South West and South Wales, ensuring health and safety is followed at all time. The site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long term ongoing assignments.

In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you.

Regular weekend work available.

Part time HGV drivers are welcome to apply.

Our Perfect Worker
As an experienced LGV1 Driver, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 6 months experience
• No more than 6 points
• Digi card and DCPC

Interviews will be held immediately.
