Control Risks' Embedded Consulting Practice is growing in Chennai, India, and we have a great opportunity for someone with a few good years of business continuity experience to join us.

Working as part of a regional team, this role will be embedded within a leading tech sector client and will provide holistic Business Continuity services including proactive consultation, guidance, and direct support to corporate and other stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities will involve:

• Executing the BC strategy as developed by the Head of Corporate BC and Regional BC managers.
• Working with regional business teams to conduct business impact and risk assessments, identify critical services, define recovery objectives, and map critical dependencies.
• Working with business teams to document BC plan needs in Corporate Continuity tool to drive consistency and attestation.
• Partnering with the Business, and Global Real Estate and Facilities team to coordinate recovery strategies as identified through the Business Continuity planning process.
• Facilitating business continuity exercises and tests, to identify potential gaps in plans, as well as functionality of work transference processes supporting recovery.
• Work with large amounts of data and create meaningful reports
• Support in launching and maintaining tools and POC for conducting trainings
• Liaison with support teams to implement the program
• Supporting workplace resilience initiatives by working with multiple stakeholders to include facilities, business continuity, information technology, security and crisis management, for the purpose of seamlessly integrating within the disaster response cycle, as required.

• 4+ years' experience implementing and managing business continuity or risk management programs
• Ability to travel across assigned regions and internationally as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII), Business Continuity Institute (BCI), or other business continuity professional certification
• Experience with commercial Business Continuity tools

• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP business process risk & controls (BPRC) design and testing on large scale SAP implementation projects.

About the Job

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all critical deadlines are met, completing their responsibilities as it pertains to completing loan disclosures, processing all loans timely and meeting established Service Level Agreement (SLAs). This position will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional communication with both internal and external customers/borrowers, and for taking the initiative to investigate, research and resolve any issues that may arise.

Additionally, this individual will work closely with Sales, Underwriting, Valuation and Closing departments to ensure that all loan conditions are submitted timely, loan quality expectations are met, and that files move to closing with as few U/W touches as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact and liaison between borrowers and internal departments (Sales, Underwriting, Valuation and Closing).
• Analyze business bank statements, financial statements and ratios to conduct credit analyses.
• Conduct verification calls with third parties.
• Develop financial models to support analysis of loan level and portfolio performance.
• Prepare/verify loan documents and mortgage to be executed by the borrower to fund.
