What you will be doing:
Marketing Campaign Manager
You are the owner of the always-on marketing journeys and the segment campaigns. You manage the campaigns from planning and execution through to reporting and optimization. You partner with segment marketing, the marketing data and technology teams, the digital team, the paid media agencies, the business development and sales organization to run state-of-the-art and effective marketing campaigns.
Working closely with your vertical GTM marketer to help develop your vertical/segment’s marketing program and campaigns, and through your focused project management, ensure its successful orchestration and in-market activation.
Additionally, you are responsible for:
Own and optimize the always-on campaign framework supporting the FIS growth factors.
Create, own and execute the campaign plan within the integrated marketing plans to support business goals.
Continuous learning to leverage new marketing trends and the latest technology to run state-of-the-art campaigns supporting our business goals.
Actively collaborate across the marketing team to develop and activate integrated program tactics.
What you bring:
Segment Marketing and Content teams to provide briefs, messaging and high value content for journeys.
Marketing Data and Marketing Technology teams to define the campaign audiences, to build and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, to activate automated processes and to provide performance updates.
Digital team to link the always-on journeys with the fisglobal.com experience
Paid media team to build and execute paid media plans.
Business Development team to ensure successful lead management processes and high conversion rates
Sales Enablement and Go-to-market teams to align sales campaign plans with always-on campaign framework and to communicate with the sales organization.
Producer to manage the campaign budget, vendor and contracting processes.
Skills:
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management
Good understanding or experience using analytics and reporting tools like Tableau to measure campaign performance.
Experience working with Workfront or any other project management tool
Objective:
Contribute measurable campaign impact to key metrics in the marketing performance scorecard, including:
Increase the number of new contacts and entities that filter into marketing programs to drive opportunities and renewals.
Increase percentage of marketing engaged entities across opportunities and renewals.
Contribute to pipeline.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing.
At least 6 years relevant work experience in the industry.
Flexibility to work in multinational working/business environments.
