About the Role
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications and will be working closely with the team's designer to conceptualize, create and shape the company's internal and external communication strategies.
Key Areas of Focus
Internal Communications: Assisting in managing the company’s intranet, working closely with the HR team to develop content (text/visual/media) for employee engagement.
External Communications: Assisting in managing the company's corporate homepage, content creation for social media accounts, and assisting in the creation of press releases and relevant communication assets associated with the press releases.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to obtain updates/new information on all aspects of the company's development for possible content creation for internal/external communication needs.
Sourcing corporate gifts to complement the company’s ongoing business objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement through meaningful brand connections.
Good to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or a related field
- Good command of the English language with clear key point communication strategies when executing internal and external communication plans
- Excellent communication skills - proofreading, and editing of written content
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with keen attention to details and ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels
- Passion for storytelling and creativity, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences
