Job Summary
The perfect candidate would be a seasoned enterprise salesperson with direct touch experience, showing proven success in the recording services industry. Their main responsibilities include driving business growth and selling the AudioCodes recording SaaS solutions to enterprises, channel partners, and service providers, either independently or by assisting the AudioCodes regional enterprise sales managers in APAC.

AudioCodes SmartTAP 360° Live, certified by Microsoft, is a cloud-based recording solution for Microsoft Teams. It records all interactions—voice, video, desktop sharing, and instant messaging—ensuring compliance and quality monitoring. It supports internal, external, and mobile interactions with flexible deployment options like cloud, hybrid, and on-premise. With robust analytics and easy management, SmartTAP 360° Live offers valuable insights from recorded interactions.
Responsibilities:
· Gain and sustain a comprehensive knowledge of the Recording Services market in the APAC region, positioning yourself as the reliable subject matter expert.
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within current AudioCodes APAC clients as well as potential new prospects. Independently develop strategic accounts to closure, while assisting AudioCodes regional enterprise sales managers in closing others.
- Evaluate and prioritise partnership opportunities to enhance sales efforts with both current vendors and reseller partners, as well as new ones, and develop these relationships.
- Find new lead generation opportunities, either with partners or independently, and collaborate with the AudioCodes marketing team to implement them.
- Develop new strategies and tactics to enhance our market approach and Go-to-market in the APAC recording applications
- Achieve or surpass yearly and quarterly objectives for revenue, partnerships, and end customer acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct sales in enterprise recording applications
- Familiarity with technical recording services and the ability to learn new technologies
- Innovative, self-reliant, and a proven high achiever
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities. Capable of professionally engaging with various personality types across different levels within prospect organizations.
