What You'll Do as a Business Manager / Branch Manager
Drive Sales Success:
- Achieve personal sales targets (bonus-linked) through telephone and face-to-face selling.
- Support the recruitment team to exceed their sales goals.
- Implement innovative sales initiatives and create local sales strategies.
- Generate new leads and maintain a live, relevant CRM.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across the business.
Lead & Develop Your Team:
- Enhance individual and team performance through coaching and training.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and set clear targets.
- Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and collaboration.
- Retain talent and ensure a development plan is in place for each team member.
- Maintain and promote the company's core values.
Deliver Outstanding Service:
- Build lasting relationships with all client users through regular communication.
- Ensure recruitment processes attract and maintain a strong candidate pool.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels by exceeding KPIs.
- Uphold the highest standards in candidate onboarding and client interactions.
Manage Operations & Compliance:
- Use management information to plan and achieve weekly objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with legal and operational standards.
- Master our CRM system and chair daily branch meetings.
- Oversee branch security, office maintenance, and safety protocols.
What We're Looking For in our Business Manager / Branch Manager
- Proven Experience: At least 4 years in recruitment, ideally with some experience managing a team in a recruitment environment, however we will consider applicants who are looking for that step into a Business Manager role
- Sales & Business Development: A strong track record of winning and managing new business.
- Leadership Skills: A natural motivator who thrives on empowering and developing others.
- Full Driving License & Access to a Vehicle.
