We're seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to define, lead and execute our B2B strategy in 19 markets with a focus on the US and UK.

You’ll have access to a wealth of unique market data to utilise in marketing and lead generation activity, creating engaging campaigns like no other company can. Adzuna’s data is used by Government organisations and frequently cited by UK and US media, providing a great source of content and awareness.

As well as a US-based B2B exec reporting into this position, you will have the support of the wider Marketing team and their expertise and resources across content, performance marketing and more.

4-7 years of B2B and content marketing experience
Experience building “through the funnel” B2B marketing plans tailoring the right message to the right audience
Experience of building and executing content marketing strategies across multiple medium
Experience in sales lead pipeline and CRM management tools
An analytical mind, you are able to use tools and services to identify content generation ideas.
Good understanding of online advertising or jobs/classifieds industry
Strong communication and networking skills, both written and verbal
Can present to and build relationships with senior level counterparts

Responsibilities

Management of job email alerts and CRM campaigns to drive growth in important business outcomes.

Profile

You have 5+ years Email Marketing experience and at least 3 working on a business with technical complexity, whether in-house or at an agency where this represents a primary hands-on client.

You can demonstrate a track record of impact and growth.

You have held governance responsibility for CRM reputation and deliverability.

Experience with automation, personalisation and single-user view methodology.

You are comfortable working in the details of email technology, working across multiple markets, email types, audiences and working to a range of different objectives.

International (and US) experience is a bonus.

Your key responsibilities:

• Proactive management and development of a defined number of accounts, also targeting new business opportunities
• This role can be based in Leeds, Nottingham or London and covers hotels located in this area, with travel to all the hotels as required and business meetings off site
• Develop, foster and grow relationships with key decision makers
• Achieve the set number of client activity levels as defined in the PPHE Sales SOPs
• Achieve business targets for new corporate business and M&E spend
• To be fully conversant regarding account statistics, production figures, Hoteligence opportunities, any other competitor tool opportunities, market share, discretionary business, feeder market analysis, business patterns for all accounts managed
• As part of the PPHE sales team keep abreast of all industry and account current affairs
• Build relationships with key account handlers within our partner Radisson Hotel Group
• Promote all marketing opportunities with client base
• Complete weekly schedule, sales reports and all other admin activities including keeping up to date client profile information in Opera

For this Sales Account Manager role, you will:

• Have 3+ years pro-active Sales experience, ideally for both MICE and transient corporate.
• Have experience working in Hotels or on property
• Have a portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts
• Be independent and proactive
• Be located in Nottingham, Leeds or London and ideally have some understanding of the local markets in Nottingham and Leeds

Introduction

The Finance, Portfolio and Performance (FPP) team is critical to supporting a thriving Parliamentary democracy. We play a leading role in delivering the House of Commons' Strategy and corporate priorities through business and financial planning, analysing performance, and supporting the delivery of projects and programmes across Parliament. Equally important are the financial services, systems, accounting, reporting and Members' services that we provide to keep the House of Commons Service working effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

The Role

The Business Management Team (BMT) is a sub team within FPP and provides executive level support to Directors in FPP and PACT, including secretariat for both senior leadership teams and a comprehensive business support function.

This role will support the Business Management Director (BMD) to deliver strategy and planning support within both teams across FPP and PACT. It is responsible for the development of business plans as well as ensuring agreed plans are monitored and reported appropriately.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

• Manage the business management cycle, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the annual timetable and agreeing deliverables with responsible owners.
• Support the planning process to capture and report strategic objectives for inclusion to the Corporate Business Plan.
• Responsible for maintaining the principle and corporate risk registers for FPP and PACT, and capture the key controls implemented by risk owners to ensure business objectives are met.
• Support the annual assurance process and coordinate the self-assessment returns for submission to the Governance Office.
• Contribute to and/or lead on specific pieces of wider work and projects as directed by the Business Management Director.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Planning and Organisation | Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and deliver to agreed targets, within a small team. Experience of managing administrative processes, requiring consistency and a strong attention to detail. Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload, determining priorities and dealing with conflicting demands and changing priorities, whilst keeping colleagues and stakeholders informed of progress.

• Communication Skill | Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate senior level discussions and develop internal communications material. Ability to create, present and explain, complex issues so that they are easy to understand and ensuring business issues are understood by stakeholders.

• Working with People | Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships and confidence to work with people at all levels across the organisation. Ability to contribute as part of a team with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Works in an inclusive way, taking into account equality and diversity.

• Business Management | Proven experience of delivering effective communication or business plans with a basic understanding of the underlying principles of good information management and the management of business risks.

Develop a clear understanding of all aspects of service delivery and ensure that the business agenda promotes service delivery and improved care for patients.
