A growing medical company is looking for a Head of Marketing to develop and promote their portfolio of devices within both direct and distributor markets globally. This is a hands on role, with responsibility for a small team of marketeers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Head of Marketing you will be,
•Developing and implementing global marketing plans.
•Managing a designated budget.
•Developing clear product strategies for each region/ market.
•Developing a network of KOLs to support existing products and the development of new products.
•Liaising with clinical associations and teaching hospitals regarding products and associated guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

•Proven marketing experience at a senior level, within medical devices.
•Proven experience building KOL networks and working with associations/ regulatory bodies
•Ability to lead and influence teams, internal and external
•Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of marketing processes and product life cycle
•A proactive approach to travel nationally and internationally c50% of the time and attend the Midlands based office as needed (a minimum of once per week)

• To work with our Bids and Tender Manager to ensure Accomplish is on the right frameworks to support our referral pipelines.

• Oversee the coordination of tender opportunities, facilitating bid/no bid meetings and working with stakeholders to complete submissions.

• To proactively build and continuously strengthen our referral networks with healthcare professionals, social workers, and commissioners to increase the number of referrals received.

• To track and review our referral performance by monitoring and reporting on occupancy data, identifying trends and areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

• To work with our operational support teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention with our funders across Councils, NHS and Health Boards, to reduce turnover and ensure Accomplish remain a preferred supplier.

1. Strategic Planning and Development:

• Act as a growth business partner to the operational team working collaboratively to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-marking and operational planning.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration, ensuring seamless integration of business development activities with operational processes.

As we are establishing a new role, there is some flexibility available to find the right candidate, and a part time appointment at between 0.8-0.6 would be feasible.

We have a highly skilled and settled team of dedicated and committed staff. Woodhouse Primary Academy is proud to be a part of the Greenheart Learning Partnership (GLP). We work closely with our fellow trust schools, sharing expertise, experience, CPD and providing further opportunities for staff development and progression. We have our own trust initial teacher training, working with Sheffield Hallam University and Teach First. We also work closely with local universities for initial teacher training and engage fully with a variety research opportunities. A number of our staff are completing postgraduate and NPQ study to further their professional development.

The Team

The UK & Ireland is Deliveroo's most mature market globally. Functions include commercial, operations and marketing, and teams in the UK&I partner with global departments such as Product, Technology, Consumer and Restaurants.

The UK&I Regional team drives Deliveroo's performance across all five nations. From Brighton to Bangor, Bolton to Belfast, we are experts in the local markets we serve. In the Regional team we oversee all three sides of our marketplace: restaurants, consumers and riders.

As part of the UK&I Regional UKI team, you will be singing up the best restaurants in the city/region. UK&I Regional presents one of the biggest growth opportunities available to Deliveroo and we are building a diverse team of talented, commercially experienced individuals to help us fulfil our potential. You will work within a newly created team within the Midlands.

The role

This is a great opportunity to become an important member of a growing business in a competitive market. You'll build relationships with new restaurant partners across your area, improving our proposition for customers. This role is a perfect fit for a candidate who enjoys building rapport, delivering results and outperforming in the marketplace results.

What You'll Do:

Map, prospect, pitch and close new partners: this means being “on the streets”, finding and signing the restaurants & stores local customers love!
Communicate (via in-person visits, emails, calls, and social media) with partners to demonstrate Deliveroo technology & the opportunity for their business.
Make yourself known in target cities as the food delivery and restaurant industry expert; building trust and facilitating inbound deal flow.
Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is quick, efficient and seamless and support continuous improvement.
Support Account Managers to ensure restaurant partner success within their first three months after/post signing.
Support with ‘on the ground’ marketing initiatives i.e. ‘Painting the Town Teal’ and Customer Door Drops.

Required Skills

Confident and charismatic individual who can “sell with style”.
Experienced negotiator, able to structure win-win deals for both restaurant partners and Deliveroo.
Strong commercial skill set.
Able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients.
Take ownership and work autonomously to deliver stretch targets.
Passionate interest in all things food.
Be tenacious and highly self-motivated.
Full UK driving licence and own a car.
You will be field based 4-5 days per week.
Preferable - Fluent in at least one other language: (eg: Korean, Thai, Arabic, Vietnamese, Malay, Japanese, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi etc)
