Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 70% female representation across our organisation, leadership and STEM roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall marketing strategy across omnichannel touchpoints for the Singapore market, across major platforms and channels: e-commerce site, flagship store, customer relationship management, influencer, PR, events & activations. Reporting into the Assistant Marketing Manager of Singapore, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating growth in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:
- Influencer collaborations – shortlisting of influencers, content ideas and coordination of outfit selections
- Weekly coordination with try-on influencers – creation of lookbooks & tracking links, booking out of fitting rooms, other delivery matters
- Weekly reporting – updating weekly performance deck with influencer clippings, reach, insights
- Organising and upkeep of internal trackers – PR tracker, expense tracker, task tracker
- Coordinate media seedings on a campaign basis
- Work closely with team to plan, support and execute KOL/Media events
- Manage timelines and prompt follow-ups with KOL/media for various campaigns
- Work closely with other functional teams to troubleshoot or expedite KOL/media orders
- Contribute to conceptualizing and executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns
- Contribute to conceptualizing new content ideas or formats for Telegram
- Research, outreach, liaise and coordinate plans with external partners to drive brand awareness and acquire new customers
- Coordinate and execute marketing collaterals and assets across in-store touchpoints
- Coordinate with event vendors or partners and execute programmes and operations plan during event days
