We're looking for will writers and experienced estate planning paralegals to join our team.

At Co-op Legal Services we're passionate about developing our colleagues. In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Take responsibility for the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of a range of training events and services to meet leadership and management training needs of The Trust and other Maguire client groups internally and externally. 2. Would you like to support Greater Manchester’s Housing First ambitions? Are you interested in housing or the built environment policy and evidence, with a passion for research and analysis?

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to join the GMCA Research Team, working on our housing research programme. Key areas of responsibility will be supporting the Housing First programme developing the evidence base for the three pillars: supply, support and standards. The right person will be confident with mixed methods analysis and have experience of evaluation. A keen interest or experience of housing either through working in the housing sector or research relating to housing would be a bonus.

As a member of the housing and planning research team, you will also work closely with the Place Directorate at the GMCA on broader projects that look to support the delivery of Housing First, including the Good Landlord Charter, housing growth ambitions and the delivery of net zero homes. Alongside the housing-specific focus of this role, as a member of the wider GMCA Research Team, you will join a team of other Analysts, Lead Analysts and Principals with opportunities to collaborate on cross-sector projects.

We are seeking a Partnerships and Engagement Officer (Business & Employers) on a permanent basis to join the Partnerships, Engagement and Inclusion team within Transport for Greater Manchester’s Transport Strategy function.

Who are we

With transport high on the local and national agenda, we have a critical role to help Greater Manchester realise its ambitions for the Bee Network an integrated active and public transport network which is affordable, accessible, inclusive, sustainable, and accountable. In support of these ambitions, this exciting role will help to ensure TfGM understands, listens to, and influences Greater Manchester business and employers across the city-region, with a particular focus on engaging around planning and delivery of much-needed infrastructure improvements.

What you'll bring

You will have proven experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with businesses and their representative organisations at GM and place level. You’ll understand local and strategic business perspectives on infrastructure improvements and changes and have the experience and drive to ensure that consideration of this is central to Bee Network project delivery. You will be able to demonstrate a wide-ranging understanding of the sector and relevant issues and considerations, with experience of working directly with employers to build relationships and influence around strategic priorities. Skilled in delivering strategic and tactical engagement activity, you will be able to advise TfGM functions on best practice approaches around engagement and co-design, with the ability to provide insight, intelligence and regular reports to support planning and decision making. You’ll have a knowledge of the local authority landscape in GM as well as experience of partnership working, and be able to take this into account when planning engagement.

As well as the ability to proactively develop and maintain strategic relationships which deliver impact at scale, you will be able to develop relevant, targeted engagement messaging and materials, support the delivery of events, manage surveys and effectively represent TfGM.

DUTIES

Purpose of the role:
The Children and Young People’s Workers will support children and young people from the Bolton area to work through trauma as a result of exposure to Domestic Abuse and Violence (DAV). The Worker will assess, support and educate children and young people both individually and as part of group work sessions. Identifying and assisting with safeguarding issues is a key part of this role.
We particularly encourage applications from those who have experience of working with the BAME community and have specialist knowledge to overcome language, cultural and faith barriers to maximise engagement with all Fortalice domestic abuse support services on offer.
Key skills:

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Management Information and Exams Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective, supportive and efficient Management Information and Exam service to students, staff and partners of the College. They will work between the Exams and Management Information Teams dependent upon team priorities and work schedules and will be responsible for tasks such as entering and maintaining student data into relevant College systems, supporting the Management Information Manager to submit statutory data returns to bodies such as the Education Skills Funding Agency, the Greater London Authority and working with the Examinations Manager to ensure that all examinations are conducted in accordance with Joint Council for Qualification and awarding body regulations at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an administrative environment. They will have good attention to detail and be able to work unsupervised with the ability to manage their own workload and priorities. Previous experience working in an administrative environment is essential. Experience supporting management information and examination processes would be advantageous, but not essential.
