JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage & maintain good relationships with customers
- Agency support
- Respond to and handle customers' inquiries
- Handle policy renewals
- Assist customers on claims-related matters
- Assist customers in upgrading of existing insurance policies
- To perform the survey in line with the AIA Vitality Program
