Our client is looking for a Marketing Execuitve to join there team. This role is a proactive and autonomous role that ensures
support is provided to the Directors and all marketing outputs are delivered on time and with the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Managing Director (MD) with pitches and the sales process. This includes
taking a leadership role in preparation of major client presentations, proposals,
marketing campaigns, and so forth.
• Champion website and digital development in conjunction with the national
residential business.
• Manage and update Directors profiles across all platforms.
• Assist and/or manage marketing campaigns and proposals including coordination of
re-sales activities and ensuring the sales administration process is adhered to.
• Assist and maintain the business online communications, including maintaining the
marketing schedule as well as creating and writing targeted content for Colliers
Residential websites and social media platforms.
• Work with Operators to tight deadlines to deliver accurate, quality proposals and
tender responses.
• Drive innovation in residential marketing; be it digital innovation, communication
trends, alliance marketing, new mediums, or tools.
• Assist with the setup and regular maintenance of Collection by company.
• Assist Directors and Operators with the preparation of marketing submissions as
requested.
• Manage online property listings and project websites across a variety of websites to
ensure accurate project information is always published.
• Work closely with our appointed media agencies to ensure we are best in class
(tracking, data analysis, new initiatives, brand campaigns).
• Manage the marketing operations (including but not limited to CRM, metrics
reporting, SharePoint, general agency & development sites marketing).
• Develop creative, lead-generating brand campaigns that communicate the broader
Colliers messaging.
• Manage the residential social media accounts, focusing on driving followers,
engagement, and lead generation.
• Produce marketing materials and content that help operators to engage with clients
and sell our capability.
• Position the brand of Colliers Residential, including advertising, events, social and
traditional media, etc.
• Produce content for PR, demand generation, and lead generation purposes.
• Build upon our brand dominance and stay ahead of marketing innovations in B2B
and B2C.
• Increase effectiveness of lead generation and the customer journey.
Core Competencies
- Diploma or degree qualification with a specialization in marketing,
communications, or business.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. (Essential)
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. (Essential)
-Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team. (Essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels. (Essential)
