As a Membership and Event Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new members and the successful promotion and sale of event space. You will play a crucial role in expanding our organization's reach, enhancing member engagement, and maximizing event attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Acquisition:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target audiences.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of membership.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute effective membership campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members.
Event Sales:
- Identify and approach potential prospect to propose our event space.
- Develop sales proposals and presentations for event space and e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the unique selling points of our membership and space.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for event space and membership.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service to members, sponsors, and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to membership and event sales.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on membership and event sales metrics.
- Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously assess and refine sales strategies based on performance insights.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales goals.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 year of experience in sales, with a focus on membership and event sales preferred.
- Young and outgoing personality.
- Hunter Role 80%, Farmer Role 20%
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- IT Savy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Drive, etc)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- The ideal candidates should have a successful sales track record in direct sales and an ability to develop targeted prospect databases.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Chinese (Speak & Write)
Salary: Basic $2500 – $3200 + Commission & Incentive
Job Type: Full – timer, 5 Days work week (Monday - Friday), Able to assist on Saturday and Sunday (Occasionally)
