Acorn by Synergie are actively seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join one of the longest established firms of estate agents and auctioneers in the heart of North Devon.

Scope of the role:

You will become the face of the company and play a pivotal role acting as the primary liaison between buyer and sellers in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Prepare and present offers to clients
• Coordinate property inspections and surveys
• Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Stay up to date with the local real estate market trends

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferable
• Experience in valuing would be desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to drive due to the nature of the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales & Sales Admin Executive to join our client in Thornbury. As a leading provider of Water Hygiene services, our client is dedicated to preventing Legionella and ensuring the safety of their clients' buildings. We are looking for someone who shares our clients enthusiasm and can help them drive their business forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by actively reaching out to potential clients and building relationships. You will also be in charge of preparing, sending, and following up on quotes. Your team-oriented mindset, combined with your competitive and entrepreneurial spirit, will help you excel in this position.

If you have an outgoing and energetic personality, as well as a genuine curiosity for both our clients and the Water Hygiene industry, then you are the type of person we are looking for. Your solution-oriented approach to problem-solving will be invaluable in this role.

Key responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new business development opportunities

- Prepare and send quotes to potential clients

- Follow up on quotes and negotiate deals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Work closely with the team to strategise and achieve sales goals

- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as data entry and reporting

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in a service environment

- Comfortable engaging in phone conversations

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus

- Salary £26,000 to £28,000 per annum + bonus + company profit related bonus scheme
