Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative. The ideal Motor Trade Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the role.

Typical Duties as a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Cars

- Ensuring there is a consistent approach to best practice in the provision of identified outcomes and as a minimum ensuring all locations are ‘inspection ready’.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards, such as those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or equivalent bodies.
- Conduct regular audits, assessments, and inspections of locations, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- To drive and ensure quality initiatives and improvements at a national and regional levels to assist locations to achieve outstanding and excellence in performance outcomes.
- Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular observations and audits to ensure compliance with standards and to identify training needs.
- To provide support and information to senior and registered managers to enable effective responses to regulatory reports.

About The Role
Work Alongside the Interim Group Quality Assurance and Inspection Manager, set quality improvement objectives and recommendations for the company that are bench marked against all legal frameworks and external and internal accepted standards, research and good practice and track and report this progress against clear targets. Undertaking internal regulatory compliance inspections in agreement with the Interim Group Quality Assurance and Inspection Manager and ensure that annual program of inspections is achieved and that responses to significant events or locations that have characteristics of under performing are inspected and supported.

- Ensure that there is a robust system for managing and having oversight on notifications to the regulator and to communicate these to senior managers where this creates an organisational risk.

- Provide assistance and direction to Registered Managers when responding to compliance reports and developing action plans as required with clear timeframes embedded within the action plans.

The Analytics and Performance team is a new function within the AASC contract. To support the Assurance Manager and Head of Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance in developing and implementing policies, procedures, guidelines, systems and processes which will ensure the organisation is able to meet its statutory, regulatory and NHS compliance requirements. This is an exciting role to join the Business and Transformation team in CWPTs Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Directorate. We are the organisation largest directorate and this is a senior leadership role. The post holder will have autonomy and be responsible for the delivery of quality and operational improvement strategy. The role will be critical to support delivery of directorate and trust objectives by enhancing clinical models of care.

• Oversee the development, delivery and programme management of multiple public health programmes and projects
• Identification and analysis of health needs in key population groups and health outcomes
• Development of evidence-based strategies to reduce smoking prevalence
• Lead on & oversee the implementation of these strategies
• Evaluate the impact of programmes, projects & service redesign
