The Company

The Position

The Compliance Officer’s main role will be to assist the senior management in managing the and compliance related matters for their operations in Singapore and overseas. There will be a need to perform compliance reviews and report on compliance related matters to ensure their operations follow the laws and regulations. Naturally there will be a need to liaise / work closely with Internal Auditors, outsourced Compliance Consultants, and external legal counsel to ensure compliance with the relevant matters. The Person

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary reviewer in charge of new case review and perform independent credit assessment of credit cases submitted by the Corporate Banking Department and the Treasury Department.
