This is an exciting role to join the Business and Transformation team in CWPTs Adult and Older Adult Mental Health Directorate. We are the organisation largest directorate and this is a senior leadership role. The post holder will have autonomy and be responsible for the delivery of quality and operational improvement strategy. The role will be critical to support delivery of directorate and trust objectives by enhancing clinical models of care.

They will be expert in the monitoring of clinical and operational outcomes of services and will understand how to find unwanted variances in clinical practice and clinical outcomes for patients.

They will use this knowledge to work with clinical teams where a differentiation is demonstrated, working with that clinical team to understand immediate and longer-term issues which need support to resolve. They will be the directorate champion for evidence-based and best practice working, enabling and facilitating sharing of the same across teams within the directorate.

They will be actively interested in the leadership and working behaviours, which underpin how teams function, to create bespoke development packages for clinical teams aligned to their individual needs and ambitions.

They will lead service reviews and evaluations for the directorate to capture quality, value for money and how we can reduce health inequalities and optimise positive access, experience and outcomes for staff and patients.

This work will focus in particular on the facilitation of teams/professionals to work effectively together (this may be with teams and organisations from outside CWPT).

Providing administrative support for meetings as and when appropriate. Facilitating meetings including preparing documentation, collecting data, coordinating and attending meetings. Adhering to Trust wide standard operating procedures and policies developed for processes as well as devising, documenting and managing new policies and processes. Managing and prioritising work in line with agreed schedules and in accordance with the Sub-Groups professional standards. Keeping a well-managed and organised system in place for all administrative tasks. This can include meeting minutes, meeting agendas, action logs, action trackers and reports. Data and Quality Management: Managing data quality by supporting each speciality with clinical guidelines, mortality reviews, clinical and national audits, e discharges, e results, and patient information leaflets. This includes keeping a track of all data and ensuring that each speciality is aware of any data due for review and ensuring that, where appropriate, each speciality has necessary administrative support with tasks involved for data to be in date. Ensuring that all data is reviewed, corrected and recorded in Trust approved templates and all necessary paperwork is sent to appropriate teams to action. Facilitating the creation and maintaining of multiple databases and external systems, including Amplitude, NICOR, Shunt Registry, and NNAP and monitoring performance with these, working collaboratively with the specialties to ensure accurate completion. What is the job role?

2 year Fixed Term Contract. 37 hours per week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Public Health team, leading on the Public Health Tobacco Control portfolio.

The post will:

• Oversee the development, delivery and programme management of multiple public health programmes and projects
• Identification and analysis of health needs in key population groups and health outcomes
• Development of evidence-based strategies to reduce smoking prevalence
• Lead on & oversee the implementation of these strategies
• Evaluate the impact of programmes, projects & service redesign
• Provide advice and guidance to support the commissioning of services that lead to the delivery of improvement in health outcomes
• To work within the City Council's commissioning and procurement processes
• Lead on the development of sub-regional working for relevant programme areas

As our Building Control Team Leader, you will work closely with the Building Control Manager to oversee the delivery of the Building Control service, lead innovation and ensure the quality and performance of the team.
