• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare legislation
• Someone passionate about putting people first
• Experience in healthcare quality management
• Excellent communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• The ability to inspire and support teams across our service hub network
• You'll need to be a driver with access to a car for work. You will be visiting our branches accross the North of the country
Your typical day to day will include:
• Leading our quality assurance efforts, including audits and compliance checks
• Supporting our Registered Managers to meet CQC standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to continually improve our services
• Staying up to date with industry best practices and regulations
• Ensuring all services comply with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other relevant legislation, including safeguarding procedures
• Maintaining strong relationships with service users, their families, and our healthcare workers
• Develop and deliver training programmes for service hub teams, focusing on enhancing their understanding and implementation of quality and compliance standards.
