- Provide support in daily operation for building services & maintenance
- Attend to building services and repairs enquiries
- Work closely with Building Manager to provide assistance to tenants and solve their requests
- Maintain good relationship with tenants
- Ensure building services are well maintained and functioned
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Nitec or GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- With 1 year of customer service experience
- Availability to commit to 12-hours shift
