Utilising your previous retail experience and excellent managerial skills, you will manage the day to day running of our store - maximising store sales and profits while ensuring our customers receive an excellent service. The role

Day-to-day, you'll :

• Ensure compliance with MEHA procurement and nuclear safety processes and engage regularly with internal key stakeholders.
• Lead MEHA partner company subcontract procurements and liaise with Construction team to understand their upcoming requirements and to develop and maintain the MEHA Partner Tender Event Schedule (TES).
• Raise Subcontracts in accordance with MEHA Partner governance requirements, to meet NNB HPC Project and business objectives.

Do you want to try a new type of retailing in Charity where you can support and deputise for a Store Manager raising money to help change young people’s lives?

You will work alongside paid staff and volunteers, proud of everything you achieve together at the heart of your local community and raise money for an amazing charity. If this excites you then we have a fantastic opportunity in our store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in the stores success. You will be highly organised with experience of merchandising, stock rotation and excellent customer service. You will work effectively and efficiently to maximise income for the shop and promote the work of YMCA within the local community. You will deputise for the store manager when needed and work in an environment that presents challenge and meaning.

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• Day shift: 06:00am until 18:00pm | Night shift: 18:00pm until 06:00am
• We are looking for weekends and 4 on 4 off operatives. We also potentially have 4 on 4 off days and nights available with an immediate start. All shifts are available!

16 - 17yr olds: You will be working between 6am to 6pm, working either 4, 6 or 8hr shifts only, 40hrs per week - no more than 5 days a week (flexibility with shifts will be considered). Additional rest breaks if required.
